Is
it really November 1st already?! Wow!! October absolutely
flew by!! October is
always a month I look forward too. I love doing all the different
Fall activities with the kids. One tradition
we like to do is take the kids to a local
pumpkin patch that is a lot of fun. We let the
kids pick out their own pumpkins to paint and decorate from the
pumpkin patch.
They also have a fun hay-ride the kids love, farm animals,
corn maze, and a ball throwing game that the kids really
like. This year was especially fun
because Grandma & Grandpa Bellows were
able to come
with
us. Another Fall tradition in our family is taking a trip to Apple Hill in
Camino California. It is just a few hours away. Each
ranch has apple orchards, baked goodies, crafts, and
fun activities for the kids to do. We love it there.
The kids really look forward to this trip each year. Grandma
& Grandpa Bellows & Ryan's brother and his family decided to
come with us for the
1st time this year. It was a lot of fun. The cousins
had a good time playing and
hanging out together the whole day. Of course we carved
pumpkins as
a family and
baked
pumpkin seeds to eat. The kids always love singing
the 5 little pumpkins song with all the lights off and the Jack O'
Lanterns all lit up. Ashby had her 1st school party for
Halloween. I was able to go help
out and have fun with
the kids while my sweet sister Kristi watched Dalton for
a couple of hours. It was a lot of fun. Ashby always loves having
me be in class with
her. The kids Loved trick or treating this year.
Both Ashby and Dalton really got into it . They were both running
from
house to house just so excited. We ate dinner at Jeff
and Kim's
house before
and all the cousins went out together. The
neighborhood is a lot of fun with a ton of trick or
treaters. The cousins had so much fun together. I loved watching
the kids have such
a fun time.

Ryan
received a new calling in our ward this month. He got released
from being the Elder's Quorum President and was
called
to be a High Counselor. We were pretty suprised
but Ryan is excited to serve in this new calling. Ryan will be
over a spanish
branch in Sun Valley. He is excited to use his spanish
from his mission. Ryan is still very much enjoying his Judgeship. It
continues to be a welcome change from the same old and even very rewarding. Ryan
is NOT going to trial in November! Hooray for that!! We were glad
to have him home
when he was not working.
Stefani
is keeping
busy
with the kids. I
have been able to volunteer
in Ashby's classroom about once
a week since
she has been back
at school. I love
being
in her classroom.
It is
a lot of fun and
Ashby really loves
having
me in there to help
too. I love seeing
Ashby in action at
school. She is a great
student and
a really
good listener. She
makes me very proud.
I also decided to
get organzied and
start a
preschool at home
with Dalton. We
usually do preschool
time everyday while
Ashby is at school.
Dalton really loves
singing songs,
discovering what
is inside our
"letter of the
day box", and
working on creative
art projects
together. I
think we both enjoy
the time
we have to spend
alone together. Sometimes
when we have a playdate
we do preschool time
with his friends
too.
It has been really
good for us. I am 6
months along and
still feel really
good. I
am happy I can still
run everyday and
workout. It
helps keep me balanced.
I am definitely a
better Mom when I
can exercize
everyday. I am getting
excited to decorate
& paint Dalton's
new room and the
baby's. Especially
now that Ryan is
not going to trial
and he will be able
to help me.
My sister Kristi and
I are very excited to announce that we have started a Custom Digital
Photo Card Business.

Ashby is 5
years old. She is still loving Kindergarten and going
to school each day. She has been really enjoying riding
her bike these warm October days we have been having here. Ashby's
soccer season finished up and she really improved and had a
fun time.
She wants to play again next year. We can't wait!! Ashby started
up her Dance class at school again this year. She is
really
enjoying it with a few friends from school. Ashby
still is our little bookworm. Ashby's Kindergarten
teacher had her formally tested for reading and comprehension since
she came into Kindergarten reading pretty long chapter books.
We found out as we suspected that she is reading and
comprehending at a high 3rd grade level. So
we are trying to decide how to challenge her during half-day
Kindergarten. We discovered
a new favorite series that she LOVES called "The
Secrets of Droon" & the "Bailey School
Kids". She
continues to be a big helper for me around the
house. She loves helping clean and fold laundry
(I'm enjoying
it while it lasts!!). :)

Ashby and her good friend
Amber from school.
Dalton
just turned 3 years old. So
far 3's are marvelous! Dalton loves preschool. He
loves singing all the songs especially. He is working
on writing his name. He
is also pretty good at telling you what
letters words
start with. Some
of the things Dalton
says are hilarious. He is constantly quoting funny
lines in Disney movies. It is pretty funny. He is
very excited to be a big brother. I think he will
be a great brother too. He is very loving and sensitive. He
always pats my belly and says, "Hi baby, I love you!" He
is really growing up lately in his face and how he talks
and relates things to me.
He continues to amaze me with the things he picks
up on his own. He
loves playing with Ashby and all her friends. He tries to
keep up with them and
play anything they are playing with. He continues to be an
active, fun-loving little guy. We sure love him. He
has an infectious laugh and smile that I cannot
get enough of.
